President - Jason Hyde
Jason Hyde, BC-HIS
Jason is a native to Utah, who has been serving the Costco Community since 2008. He started working in the Costco Wholesale - Hearing Aid Centers in 2013, finished his Internship in 2015 - and has been a member of the Utah Chapter of IHS - Hearing Healthcare Providers of Utah, ever since. He thoroughly enjoys, and is passionate about, the service that he and other Hearing Healthcare Professionals can provide to our communities. He was elected HHPU, President in 2016
Treasurer - Chris Lloyd
Chris Lloyd, Audioprosthologist, BC-HIS
Chris has been serving patients at Edison Stanford Hearing Aid Center of Provo since 2010. Chris received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Utah. He earned his MBA at Westminster College. He is a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist and an Audioprosthologist.

Board Member - Hansen Phangia
Hansen Phangia, BC-HIS
Hansen is currently the National Account Director with CaptionCall. He received his BS in Economics from the University of Utah and has been in the hearing healthcare industry since 2005. He is nationally board certified in hearing instrument sciences and a member of the International Hearing Society.
Secretary - Sara Hodgkinson
Sara Hodgkinsin, BC-HIS
Sara is an army brat who grew up mostly in the southeast, but was also stationed in Texas and Australia. She loves her 'job' and receives a lot satisfaction from helping people and making so many friends along the way. She has been in a hearing healthcare provider since 2014. She currently serves as the Utah IHS chapter secretary.
Board Member - Dave Simmons
Dave Simmons, M.Ed., BC-HIS
Dave has been in the Hearing Healthcare industry since 1976. He has served both children and adults and have enjoyed helping people of all ages gain the benefits of hearing.
